Grandparents and Special Friends Day

Grandparents Day Save the Date 2019 Cropped

11/04/2019

We are excited to welcome Grandparents and Special Friends on Friday, November 22nd, 2019. Invitations have been mailed out to the grandparents that we have addresses for from the enrollment / re-enrollment process.

The day will begin with a reception in the Community Center – which will include student presentations as well as a welcome message from Principal Jeff Matthews – followed by Mass in the Church at 9:30AM, and lastly an opportunity for Grandparents and Special Guests to visit the classrooms starting at 10:30AM.

This is a noon dismissal day – so the day will be complete by 12PM. Please note – there is no Bridges this day as it is the last day of school before the Thanksgiving holiday break. Students need to be picked up in homeroom (this is a classroom pickup day, no carpool) at 12PM noon.

Also, please note that if a grandparent is unable to attend, a special friend (i.e. an aunt, uncle, family friend) is welcome to attend in their place. We do kindly ask that parents and siblings not attend as special guests. If a grandparent or special guest needs assistance, we understand that accompaniment may be necessary by a parent.

You can RSVP for your students grandparents or special friends here.
