Important Dates

May 27, 2026 –New Student and Family Welcome
All newly enrolled students and families for the 2026-2027 school year are invited to join us for a casual gathering for new students and families to meet each other. Principal Jeff Matthews will welcome families and introduce members of the school administration and HSA. Dinner and drinks will be provided.

July 2026
The 2027-2028 application will open.

Fall 2026 – Tours Resume
Individual and group tours can be scheduled by completing the inquiry form here. A campus tour is not required but is a great way to get a feel for our school.

November 2026 – Open House
Open House is a great opportunity to see our school in action and hear from our principal, students, parents, and teachers. The 2026 date will be posted this summer.

January 2027 – Applications due for the 2027-2028 school year

January 2027 – Admissions Testing Round One

February 2027 – Admissions Testing Round Two

February 2027 – Tuition set for 2027-2028 & Current Family Re-enrollment Begins
The school website will be updated with tuition and fees for the 2027-2028 school year, and the annual re-enrollment email will be sent to current families.

March 2027 – Notification of Admissions Decisions
The Admissions Decision Committee will notify all applicants by email.

March 2027 – Common Reply Date
The Common Reply Date is the deadline for families to either accept or decline offers to enroll in our school.
