Important Dates for St. Cecilia Catholic School Admissions Process

July 1, 2021-Application for the 2022-2023 school year is Live
We will begin accepting applications for the 2022-2023 school year on Thursday, July 1, 2021.

August 2, 2021 – Individual Tours Begin
Individual tours of the school with St. Cecilia Director of Enrollment Management Carol Mandola can be scheduled starting August 2, 2021.

Thursday, November 11, 2021 – Open House
The school’s annual Open House will be held on Thursday, November 11, 2021. If you were unable to attend and would like to either schedule a virtual or in-person private tour please contact Carol Mandola, Associate Director of Enrollment Management. Admissions Testing Dates – Round One
Applicants will be assigned a specific testing date and time that will be communicated to parents directly from the Admissions Office.
– January 19th – 20th, 2022
– January 26th – 27th, 2022

Friday, January 28, 2022- Tuition set for 2022-2023 school year & Re-Enrollment of current families begins
The school website will be updated with the tuition for the 2022 – 2023 school year, and the annual email will be sent to current families.

Friday, February 4, 2022- Deadline for all 2022-2023 applications
The deadline for families submitting applications for the 2022 – 2023 school year is Friday, February 4, 2022. Please click here for details on the application process.

Monday, February 7, 2022-Current Families Re-Enrollment Deadline
The deadline for current families who are re-enrolling for the 2022 – 2023 school year is Monday, February 7, 2022.

Admissions Testing Dates – Round Two
Applicants will be assigned a specific testing date and time that will be communicated to parents directly from the Admissions Office.
– February 9th – 10th, 2022
– February 16th – 17th, 2022

Friday, March 11, 2022 – Notification of Admissions Decisions
The Admissions Decision Committee will notify all applicants by email, which will be sent out on March 11, 2022.

Thursday, March 31, 2022- Common Reply Date
The Common Reply Date is the deadline for families to submit completed enrollment agreements and deposits to our school. Families may register and pay deposits starting on March 11, 2022, but everything must be submitted by March 31, 2022.

Thursday, May 5, 2022 – New Student and Family Welcome
All newly enrolled students and families are invited to join us for a casual evening gathering at school for the new students and families to meet each other. Principal Jeff Matthews will welcome the new students and families and introduce members of the school administration and key volunteer parents. We will be providing an informative handout for each family with information about the school calendar, school supplies, uniforms, and additional information at this gathering. There will be an online follow up meeting to go over the information packet to answer questions later in May.

Monday, May 16, 2022 – Ambassador Family Meet and Greet
All newly enrolled students and their families will be invited to campus for an afternoon of fun activities and the opportunity to meet their Ambassador families.
