2024-2025 Admissions Decisions Update
We are currently in the process of reviewing the application files for each student and finalizing our decisions. We are still accepting applications for the 2024-2025 school year. Please contact Tori Hicks for information regarding grade level availability.
Thursday, May 2, 2024 – Principal’s Welcome For New Students and Families
All newly enrolled students and families for the 2024-2025 school year are invited to join us for a gathering from 6-8pm. This is a casual opportunity for new students and families to meet each other. Principal Jeff Matthews will welcome families and introduce members of the school administration and HSA. Dinner and drinks will be provided.
July 2024 – Application for the 2025-2026 school year
We will begin accepting applications for the 2025-2026 school year in July 2024.
September 3, 2024 – Individual Tours Resume
Individual tours for families interested in the 2025-2026 school year can be scheduled starting September 3, 2024.
Thursday, December 5, 2024 – Open House
The school’s annual Open House will be held on Thursday, December 5, 2024. This is a great opportunity to see our school in action and hear from our principal, students, parents, and teachers. Click here for a video of our students’ thoughts on what makes St. Cecilia special to them.
January 13, 2025 – Deadline for all 2025-2026 applications
The deadline for families submitting applications for the 2025-2026 school year is Monday, January 13, 2025. Please click here for details on the application process.
January 2025 – Admissions Testing Round One
Applicants will be assigned a specific testing date and time that will be communicated to parents directly from the Admissions Office. The first round of testing will be in January 2025.
February 2025 – Tuition set for 2025-2026 school year & re-enrollment of current families begins
The school website will be updated early February with tuition and fess for the 2025-2026 school year, and the annual re-enrollment email will be sent to current families.
February 2025 – Current Families Re-Enrollment Deadline
The deadline for current families who are re-enrolling for the 2025-2026 school year will be mid February 2025.
February 2025 – Admissions Testing Round Two
Applicants will be assigned a specific testing date and time that will be communicated to parents directly from the Admissions Office. The second round of testing will be in February 2025.
Friday, March 7, 2025 – Notification of Admissions Decisions
The Admissions Decision Committee will notify all applicants by email, which will be sent throughout the day on March 7, 2025.
Wednesday, March 26, 2025 – Common Reply Date
The Common Reply Date is the deadline for families to either accept or decline offers to enroll in our school. Families who are accepted may enroll as soon as March 7th, but everything must be submitted by March 26th in order to hold a space for the accepted student(s).
