July 2025 – Application for the 2026-2027 school year
We are now accepting applications for the 2026-2027 school year.

September- December 2025 – Tours Resume
Individual and group tours can be scheduled by completing the inquiry form here. A campus tour is not required but is a great way to get a feel for our school.

Thursday, November 13, 2025 – Open House
The school’s annual Open House will be held on Thursday, November 13, 2025. This is a great opportunity to see our school in action and hear from our principal, students, parents, and teachers.

January 9, 2026 – Deadline for all 2026-2027 applications
The deadline for families submitting applications for the 2026-2027 school year is Friday, January 9, 2026. All supplemental items, including teacher recommendation forms, are also due on January 9th.

January 2026 – Admissions Testing Round One
All completed applicants will receive an email from the admissions office in December to sign up for admissions testing. The first round of testing will be the week of January 12th.

February 9, 2026 – Tuition set for 2026-2027 & Current Family Re-enrollment Begins
The school website will be updated with tuition and fees for the 2026-2027 school year, and the annual re-enrollment email will be sent to current families.

February 23, 2026 – Current Family Re-enrollment Deadline
This is the deadline for current families who are re-enrolling for the 2026-2027 school year.

February 2026 – Current Families Re-Enrollment Deadline
The deadline for current families who are re-enrolling for the 2026-2027 school year will be mid February 2026.

February 2026 – Admissions Testing Round Two
All completed applicants will receive an email from the admissions office in January to sign up for admissions testing. The second round of testing will be the week of February 2nd.

Thursday, March 5, 2026 – Notification of Admissions Decisions
The Admissions Decision Committee will notify all applicants by email, which will be sent throughout the day on March 5, 2026.

Wednesday, March 26, 2026 – Common Reply Date
The Common Reply Date is the deadline for families to either accept or decline offers to enroll in our school. Families who are accepted may enroll as soon as March 5th, but everything must be submitted by March 26th in order to hold a space for the accepted student(s).

May 2026 – Principal’s Welcome For New Students and Families
All newly enrolled students and families for the 2026-2027 school year are invited to join us for a casual gathering for new students and families to meet each other. Principal Jeff Matthews will welcome families and introduce members of the school administration and HSA. Dinner and drinks will be provided.
