Catholic Identity
St. Cecilia Catholic School is a ministry of St. Cecilia Catholic Church.
St. Cecilia Catholic School has a multi-faceted approach to developing our Catholic Identity- Sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ and His Church, living out our Faith, and developing a spirit of Evangelization in our school.
We live out and develop our Catholic Identity through the following:
- Daily Religion classes
- Weekly all school masses
- Monthly Sunday Mass Welcoming Groups
- Monthly guidance lessons, looking at the needs of the whole person in mind, body, and spirit
- Our Campus Ministry Program
- Religion Certification classes for Faculty
- Parent Outreach
- Service Learning- GO Projects
- Community Building and Outreach
- Integration of our Faith into all subjects
- STREAM (Science, Technology, Religion, Engineering, Arts, & Math)
- The Living Rosary – an annual St. Cecilia tradition held each October.
- The Living Way of the Cross during Lent – put on by the 8th Grade class each year.
- All School Rosaries throughout the year
