2024 -2025 Admissions Decision Update

We are currently in the process of reviewing the application files for each student and finalizing our decisions. We are still accepting applications for the 2024-2025 school year. Please contact Tori Hicks for information regarding grade level availability.


Inquiries and Tours
Please fill out the online form to request information about our admissions process and to schedule a tour of the school. We are now scheduling tours for the 2025-2026 school year. The 2025-2026 application will be available on our website July 2024.


Open House
The school’s annual Open House will be held on Thursday, December 5, 2024. This is a great opportunity to see our school in action and hear from our principal, students, parents, and teachers. Click here for a video of our students’ thoughts on what makes St. Cecilia special to them.


How To Apply
To apply for admission to St. Cecilia Catholic School, please begin by submitting an online application.

The deadline for new families submitting applications for the 2024-2025 school year was Tuesday, January 16th, 2024. 

  • Update: January 17, 2024
  • Families interested in applying for the 2024-2025 school year are welcome to submit an application; however, not all students who submit applications after the deadline will receive an invitation for testing unless deemed necessary by the Admissions Decisions Committee.
  • Applications of students who are waitlisted for the 2024-2025 school year can be kept on file and transferred to the 2025-2026 school year.
  • Please note, if you submit an application after the January 16, 2024 deadline, you are required to pay the non-refundable $200 application fee, but not the $100 testing fee. If it is deemed necessary to test your student, at that time you will pay the $100 testing fee.

As part of the application process, the following documents are required:

  1. Teacher recommendation forms are fillable PDF files and can be downloaded and sent to current teachers to complete. The current school should email the teacher recommendation forms to admissions@saintcecilia.org. If the applicant has not yet been in school, the recommendation form is not required.
    1. Rising PK3, PK4 & Kindergarten Recommendation
    2. Rising 1st-5th Grade Recommendation
    3. Rising 6th-8th Grade English Recommendation
    4. Rising 6th-8th Grade Math Recommendation
  2. Most recent report card for students applying to grades K-8
  3. Most recent standardized test results for students applying to grades 1-8
  4. Birth certificate
  5. Baptismal certificate (if applicable)

2024-2025 Admissions Fees
– Application fee of $200 per family (for new families)
– Testing fee of $100 per student (PK3-8th grade)
– Application fees are non-refundable.
