Inquiries and Tours
Please fill out the online form to request information about our admissions process and to schedule a tour of the school. We will resume tours after Labor Day. A school tour is not required to start or submit an application.

Our 2027-2028 application is now open! If you are a new family, click here to begin your application. If you are an existing St. Cecilia family, log in to your FACTS account and click “Apply/Enroll” on the left-hand menu. Then click “Application,” then “Create a New Student Application.”
Open House
Our annual Open House will be November 12, 2026. Open House is a great opportunity to see our school in action and hear from our principal, students, parents, and teachers. Open House attendance is recommended but not required. Please RSVP here to attend!
2027-2028 Admissions Fees
– One-time application fee of $200 per family
– Testing fee of $100 per student (PK3-8th grade)
– Admissions fees are non-refundable.
Required Steps and Supplemental Items
In order to complete the application process, you must complete all items below, including submission of all supplemental forms:
- Complete the online application.
- Upload the following supplemental items:
- Birth Certificate
- Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
- Most Recent Report Card, K-8th
- Most Recent Standardized Test Results, 1st-8th
- Psychological/Educational Diagnostic Testing Results (if applicable)
- Pay the required fees, then go back to the application to review and submit.
- Submission of your application will automatically send the teacher recommendation forms to the teacher email address(es) you provided.
- Complete admissions testing. This will be arranged by the admissions department in the months of January and February. All applicants (PK3-8th) must complete on-site admissions testing on our campus.
