Open House
The school’s annual Open House will be held on Tuesday, November 28, 2023. If you are unable to attend and would like to either schedule an in-person private tour please contact Tori Hicks, Associate Director of Enrollment Management. How To Apply
To apply for admission to St. Cecilia Catholic School, please begin by submitting an online application.

The deadline for new families submitting applications for the 2024 – 2025 school year is Tuesday, January 16th, 2024. 

  • Update: January 17, 2024
  • The deadline to submit an application for your child for the 2024 – 2025 school year was January 16, 2024.
  • Families interested in applying for the 2024 – 2025 school year are welcome to submit an application, however not all students who submit applications after the January 16, 2024 deadline will receive an invitation for testing unless deemed necessary by the Admissions Decisions Committee. Any additional testing of students submitting applications after the January 16, 2024 deadline will occur in late March / early April of 2024.
  • Applications may be submitted for the 2024 – 2025 school year, and they can be kept on file and transferred to applications for the 2025 – 2026 school year.
  • Please note, if you submit an application after the January 16, 2024 deadline – you are required to pay the non-refundable $200 application fee, but not the $100 testing fee. If it is deemed necessary to test your student, at that time you will pay the $100 testing fee.

As part of the application process, the following documents are required:

  1. Teacher recommendation forms. The forms are fillable .pdf files and can be downloaded and sent to current teachers to complete. The current school can email those teacher recommendation forms to admissions@saintcecilia.org.
    1. PK3, PK4 & Kindergarten Recommendation
    2. 1st-5th Grade Recommendation
    3. 6th-8th Grade English Recommendation
    4. 6th-8th Grade Math Recommendation
  2. Most recent report card for grades K-8.
  3. Most recent standardized test results for grades 1-8.
  4. Birth certificate.
  5. Baptismal certificate.

Admissions Fees
– Application fee of $200 per family (for new families)
– Testing fee of $100 per student (PK3-8th grade)
– Application fees are non-refundable.
