pointer-right Save The Date: This year’s Auction will be held on Saturday, April 7, 2018 in the St. Cecilia Community Center.

We moved it out of February to avoid the 2018-19 re-registration process, Steps for Students, and Mardi Gras weekend.

Based on feedback from past Auction chairs and other parents, there are going to be many changes in how the Auction is run. Most importantly – that means better support from the school’s Advancement Office – which will be handling the majority of the “heavy lifting” that fell on volunteers in previous years. This new change will allow volunteers, now and in the future, to focus on their areas of expertise in planning for the Auction, and make for a much smoother (and more fun) volunteer experience.

There are some auction items traditionally offered in December- namely the reserved seats & parking for the annual Christmas program, as well as one of the grade level sign up parties, that we want to make available again this year. Both of these events will take place before the Christmas break.

VIP Parking Packages
The annual Christmas Program will be taking place on Thursday, December 14th. The EPK – 2nd Grade Program is at 12:45PM, and the 3rd – 5th Grade Program is at 2PM. There are two packages for each program – and each package contains four reserved front-row seats, VIP parking, and a complimentary DVD of the program. The bidding for the packages is being done through eBay and they each have their own page. The auctions are 10 days in length and they are live now. Here are the links to the eBay auctions:

Kickin’ Off Christmas
4th Grade Sign Up Party
You can register for the sign up party for the 4th grade class – Kickin’ Off Christmas Party on Wednesday, December 13th with Sharon Held, Cindy Orlando, and Carol Mandola by clicking here for the Sign Up Party. The party is limited to the first 20 4th grade students, and is $45 per student.
