Auction is our largest fundraiser and social event. Auction proceeds enable our children to receive an excellent education at an affordable tuition. Funds raised at Auction help to cover over 16% of our school’s annual operating expenses.
Auction consists of a Silent Auction, Big Board Auction, Live Auction, Sign Up Parties, and much more, plus a seated dinner.
When is the Auction?
Saturday, April 7, 2018 at St. Cecilia Catholic School and Community Center.
How can you help?
Join an Auction Committee, attend meetings, sponsor the gift party, sponsor the auction, help on the program, and help continue the tradition of a successful auction!
We also are looking for donations for the Live, Silent and Big Board Auction, underwriting opportunities, and sponsorships for Auction t-shirts(sold), event program printing, invitation printing (sold), pre-Auction Gift Party (sold), and VIP reception.
How can I help, make a donation, or purchase advertising in the auction program?
All contributions are most welcome and even the smallest donation is of great importance in making the auction a success.
Make a donation – Many items are needed for the auction.
We are looking for donations for the Live, Silent and Big Board Auction. Do you have a vacation home that you can offer for a week? Do you have sporting game tickets or suite you can donate? Perhaps a service you can offer?
Become an Underwriter – This event relies on the generous support of local businesses, SCCS families, and community.
Become a Corporate or Table Sponsor – Sponsors receive a variety of benefits including a program ad, your company name listed on the sponsor page of the program & the auction newsletter, and your company logo on Bunker Hill banner.
Purchase Advertising in our Auction Program – over 400 copies of our catalog are distributed the night of Auction. Advertising in our Auction program can be great exposure for local businesses. Individuals can also purchase ads to show their support for our school or congratulate a loved one.
Donate your time – many hands are needed to make the auction a success!
